Refund Policy

We want Mediation One to pay for itself. If it doesn’t, ask for your money back. This page sets out exactly when we refund and how.

14-day money-back guarantee

For any Indie, Pro, or Studio subscription, you can request a full refund of your first monthly charge within 14 days of that charge by emailing hello@mediation.one from the email on the account. No questions asked. The refund is processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Monthly subscriptions after the guarantee window

We don’t pro-rate cancellations after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. We do not bill again after cancellation.

Performance add-on

The performance add-on bills only on verified uplift relative to your prior 14-day baseline. If you dispute a measurement, contact us within 14 days of the invoice and we will re-run the measurement and refund the disputed amount if the dispute is valid.

Failed charges and disputes

If a charge fails we retry once and then notify you by email. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer we ask that you contact us first; we will work with you to resolve the issue.
