For Japanese mobile publishers

The first AI revenue doctor that speaks Japanese fluently.

Most ad-optimization tools are built in San Francisco and translate later. Mediation One was designed for the Japanese market from day one: native Japanese diagnoses, Japan-specific bidder behavior baked into the heuristics, and JCT-compliant invoicing handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

No SDK to install. No qualified-invoice (適格請求書) gymnastics — LS handles your paperwork.

What Japanese publishers actually struggle with

1 · JP / non-JP eCPM split

Japanese users monetize differently from US/EU. Tools that average eCPM across all geos hide a 2–4x gap. We split JP out as a primary signal.

2 · Local bidder coverage

UNICORN / FAN / Maio / nend behave differently from MAX's global stack. Mediation One's heuristics know these networks and flag anomalies on JP-specific demand.

3 · Invoicing and tax

Foreign SaaS often forces you into self-issuing invoices and chasing the qualified-invoice (適格請求書) status. Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record so you get JCT-compliant receipts automatically.

Built with Japan as a first-class market

Native Japanese output

Every diagnosis is generated in both English and Japanese. Not machine-translated — prompted natively in Japanese.

JP timezone scheduling

The nightly batch can be aligned to JST so your morning diagnosis arrives before the team starts the day, not at 4pm.

Lemon Squeezy as MoR

JCT, consumption tax, and qualified-invoice (適格請求書) compliance handled automatically. You don't need to register as a qualified invoice issuer to use the product, and accounting receives compliant PDFs every month.

What you get inside the product

FAQ

Is the AI diagnosis really in Japanese, or just translated?
Natively generated. The LLM is prompted in Japanese with Japanese ad-industry-specific terminology. We don't produce English output and pipe it through machine translation.
Can we pay by bank transfer instead of credit card?
Lemon Squeezy accepts credit card and PayPal globally. For corporate bank-transfer billing, contact us and we'll arrange an annual prepayment with the corresponding qualified invoice.
Do you support nend / FAN / UNICORN / Maio?
CSV import works for any network that produces a revenue / impression / eCPM export. Native API connectors prioritize AdMob, MAX, and LevelPlay first; local JP networks are on the roadmap based on customer demand.
Is data stored in Japan?
Primary infrastructure is currently outside Japan. For customers with strict residency requirements we can run a dedicated JP instance — contact us for the Studio plus residency add-on.
